Lynn A. Morey III, President of Results Builders, Inc., is a resident of Sarasota County since 1954. Lynn supervised development of an 80 acre development of 331 lots in Nokomis. The project, including development and construction of 331 homes, was successfully completed in 8 years.
Lynn holds two state certified licenses - Certified General Contractor, CGC 1507886, and Certified Residential Contractor, CRC 020053. In addition to a condominium project such as Brezza del Mare, Lynn builds 10 to 15 single family houses and multifamily residences each year in Venice, Englewood East, Rotonda West and Deep Creek. Lynn's typical house includes custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops, extensive tile floors, impact glass windows, a jetted tub in the master bath and so much more! Lynn's company, Results Builders, Inc., constructs homes to meet or exceed the Florida Building Code.
